Pronounced "Bree-gah-dey-ro"

Common in Brazil, brigadeiro is used as a filling for cakes and cookies, or rolled by hand and covered in sprinkles, candy, or nuts for individual treats that are as unique as the taster.  Its ingredients are often simple, but achieving its signature consistency takes time, practice, and a lot of love.
